no, the *second* one should be possessive: "…your report…" – but the *first* should be the contraction: "…if you are finished…"

It's correct. It should be possessive "your" rather than "you are."

No one should be shy about pointing stuff out, I want to fix mistakes. My favorite correction came from Trooper Young, "Loser only has one O, you loser!"
